Michy Batshuayi is close to agreeing a season-long loan switch to Valencia after rejecting interest from Atletico Madrid and Sevilla, according to a report.

Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi will reportedly reject interest from elsewhere to join Valencia on a season-long loan.

The Belgium international is expected to be shipped out for the second season running as he is not part of new manager Maurizio Sarri's immediate plans.

A number of clubs have been credited with an interest in Batshuayi, with Atletico Madrid and Sevilla most recently linked, but The Metro claims that Valencia is the 24-year-old's preferred location.

Batshuayi, who started three Premier League games before linking up with Borussia Dortmund last term, is said to be close to agreeing terms with Los Che on a deal that will keep him at the Mestalla until next summer.

The former Marseille ace scored nine goals in his 14 appearances for Dortmund prior to sustaining a season-ending ankle injury in April.
