Kevin de Bruyne could ruin Chelsea move for Andre Schurrle

Kevin de Bruyne, who is involved in Chelsea's proposed part-exchange deal for Bayer Leverkusen's Andre Schurrle, wants to play for Borussia Dortmund, according to Die Borussen director of sport Michael Zorc.

Borussia Dortmund director of sport Michael Zorc has said that Chelsea forward Kevin de Bruyne wants to play at the Westfalenstadion next season.

The revelation has raised uncertainty regarding Andre Schurrle's proposed move from Bayer Leverkusen to Stamford Bridge.

Leverkusen chief executive Wolfgang Holzhauser revealed last week that an agreement was in place for Schurrle to move to Chelsea on a permanent basis with De Bruyne moving the other way on a one-year loan.

However, that deal could fall through if De Bruyne insists on a move to Dortmund.

Zorc told Kicker magazine: "De Bruyne only wants to come to us."

De Bruyne, 21, scored 10 goals in 33 Bundesliga appearances during a loan spell at Werder Bremen last season.
