Burnley striker Lukas Jutkiewicz has admitted that it would be "good" to score his first goal for the club.
The 25-year-old joined the Clarets from Middlesbrough during the summer, but he is yet to find the net during his eight appearances in all competitions.
Speaking about his drought, the centre-forward told the Lancashire Telegraph: "[Scoring goals is] part of the job, it's what strikers are ultimately judged on. While performances haven't been too bad it would be good to get the goal.
"I'm not really too worried about the external talk, we've always prided ourselves on what we do and making sure that we're focusing on everything inside the club and whatever is going on outside the club is irrelevant."
Burnley paid £2.25m to secure Jutkiewicz's signature.
