Burnley boss Sean Dyche pleased with effort

Burnley boss Sean Dyche reveals that he is proud of his side's effort in their goalless draw with Watford in their Championship clash at Turf Moor.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche has revealed that he was pleased with his players' effort following his side's goalless draw with Watford.

The Clarets failed to find a breakthrough in the 90 minutes at Turf Moor but moved to just two points behind top-of-the-table Leicester City.

Dyche told the club's official website: "There were a lot of players giving everything out there tonight and it's a point nearer the top and [we're] unbeaten at home in nine months."

Burnley face Barnsley in the Championship on Saturday.
