Liam Trotter makes Bolton Wanderers loan switch

Bolton Wanderers sign Liam Trotter on loan from Millwall for the rest of the season.

Bolton Wanderers have completed the signing of Millwall midfielder Liam Trotter on loan until the end of the season.

The 25-year-old becomes Bolton's third capture of the transfer window, following the arrivals of Neil Danns and Lukas Jutkiewicz.

Trotter has been given shirt number 17 at the Reebok Stadium.

A statement on Bolton's official website read: "Bolton Wanderers can announce the signing of Liam Trotter from Millwall on loan for the remainder of the 2013-14 season."

Trotter could feature in Bolton's match against Ipswich Town on Saturday, subject to clearance from the Football League.
