The Serie A game between Atalanta and Cagliari this afternoon has been postponed for an hour due to bad weather.

The match was scheduled to kick off at 2pm in Bergamo, but heavy snow and ice in the city has led officials to delay it by at least an hour.

An inspection will be held at Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia to see if the match can go ahead and could be further delayed or even called off completely.

Atalanta are currently 13th in Serie A, while Cagliari are two points above the relegation zone in 17th.
