Manchester City are reportedly among the clubs who will look to sign Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz during the summer transfer window.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is reportedly an admirer of Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz, who will likely move to a new club in the summer.

Although the Spaniard is currently attempting to win the Serie A title with Napoli, speculation persists that he will take on a new challenge elsewhere later in 2022.

If reports are to be believed, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Arsenal and Newcastle United are all contemplating offers for the 25-year-old.

However, according to journalist Antonio Giordano, Guardiola may take the opportunity to try to add his compatriot to his midfield options at the Etihad Stadium.

Speaking to Canale 8's Ne Parliamo il Martedì, Giordano said: "These are Fabian's last two months at Napoli. In two months, an auction will be triggered around the Spaniard, it is inevitable.
