Olivier Giroud: 'Arsenal will sign a striker'

Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud believes that club will be signing another striker during this summer's transfer window.

Olivier Giroud has said that he is expecting Arsenal to sign another striker during this summer's transfer window.

The French international was the team's top scorer in the 2013-14 season, finding the back of the net 22 times for the Gunners.

The 27-year-old told InfoSport+: "I can tell you Arsenal will add a striker to the team. We need another striker. Great clubs have several good strikers, who compete with each other."

Arsenal have been linked to a number of strikers since the end of the season, including Porto's Jackson Martinez, AC Milan forward Mario Balotelli and Paris Saint-Germain's Jean-Christophe Bahebeck.
