AC Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi says that neither he nor his team are fazed ahead of the weekend game against Empoli.
Milan lost 3-1 at Juventus last weekend, but Inzaghi says he feels no pressure.
He told the pre-match press conference: "Rumours about my future do not bother me. Berlusconi is never far from the club, he wants to win and he understands the difficulties.
"I hope that the fans will be with us but we are ready for boos if we lose, and so we must win their applause.
"You have to give everything for this shirt and against Empoli I want us to play well to ensure the result; we trained with great intensity."
AC Milan are 11th in Serie A.
