Sri Lanka have claimed three Pakistani wickets during the morning session, as the Men in Green are 45-3 going into lunch on the second day of the third Test in Kandy.

The visitors started the session brightly, as they limited Sri Lanka to just six runs before bowling them out with a score of 278.

However, Pakistan failed to take advantage of the situation, as Shan Khan (13) was sent packing after a failed review of his lbw decision.

Three overs later, Ahmed Shehzad gifted the hosts their second wicket as the Pakistani batsman tried to pull out of making contact with the ball but instead edged it into the hands of the Sri Lankan wicket-keeper.

Younis Khan was the last wicket to fall before lunch, run out for just six.

Pakistan trail the Lions by 233 runs at lunch on the second day of the third Test.
