Darren Gough sees his 234-wicket haul for England at one-day international level equalled by James Anderson.

James Anderson drew level with Darren Gough to become England's joint leading wicket-taker in one-day international cricket this afternoon.

The Lancashire paceman claimed the wickets of New Zealand duo Luke Ronchi and Ross Taylor at the Rose Bowl to take him up to 234, the same as former Yorkshire and Essex bowler Gough.

It proved to be a tough clash for Anderson, though, who concluded his 10 overs with figures of 2-65.

He took his first wicket in the 50-over format of the game during a match against Australia in December 2002.
