Andrew Wiggins excited by future of Minnesota Timberwolves

Top NBA Draft pick Andrew Wiggins states that he can't wait to get playing for the Minnesota Timberwolves, having been traded by the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Top NBA Draft pick Andrew Wiggins has spoken of his delight at the prospect of featuring for the Minnesota Timberwolves this coming season.

Wiggins was originally drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers earlier this year, but was recently traded to the Wolves as part of a blockbuster deal for Kevin Love.

"I think it's a great situation whenever I think about it. It gives me more freedom," said Wiggins, according to Dime Magazine

"I'm sure surrounded by young guys that have the same intentions and determinations as me – to really win and get better every day."

Wiggins will get his chance to impress during impending camps, with the new season due to get underway on October 28.
