David West has admitted that he would like to see Lance Stephenson remain with the Indiana Pacers next season.

The shooting guard, who averaged 13.6 points per game during the playoffs, is due to become a free agent this off-season.

His teammate told reporters: "I think his future is with us. He's a huge part of the progress that we made. He's a great young talent, and he fits with this group. Hopefully, we get him back."

The 23-year-old was a second-round Draft pick for the Pacers in 2010.
