Stephen Curry has insisted that he is trying to "take it to another level" during the 2015-16 NBA season with the Golden State Warriors.
The 27-year-old, who scored 53 in the 134-120 win over the New Orleans Pelicans last night, was named MVP on his way to helping the Warriors clinch the league title last season.
The point guard told reporters: "I've always had confidence. You just get better as a player and try to take it to another level. So that's what I'm trying to do this year.
"I'm blessed to be healthy. I'm feeling pretty energetic, pretty strong out there on the floor, playing free, just having fun, so usually good things happen when all that comes together."
The Warriors remain unbeaten in their first three games this season.
