The Toronto Raptors were beaten convincingly for the second game in a row as Eric Bledsoe guided the Phoenix Suns to a 125-109 victory.

Bledsoe scored 20 points, while Goran Dragic and Isaiah Thomas added 18 each as the Suns benefited from a strong first-half display.

The Detroit Pistons continued their recent resurgence by recording a 114-95 win over the Sacramento Kings at The Palace of Auburn Hills.

Brandon Jennings stole the show with 35 points for the Pistons as they recorded a fifth successive win for the first time in more than five years.

The Miami Heat ensured that their latest losing streak did not go past four games as the Brooklyn Nets suffered an 88-84 loss at the AmericanAirlines Arena.

Chris Bosh scored 26 points, while Dwyane Wade impressed with 10 of his 25 points in the final quarter for the Heat, who are now 15-20 for the season.

The Milwaukee Bucks picked up a 95-82 win at Madison Square Garden to condemn the New York Knicks to an 11th successive loss.

It was also a 10th straight defeat at home for the Knicks, who were unable to prevent Zaza Pachulia from recording 16 points and 14 rebounds in a comfortable win for the Bucks.

The Lakers veteran recorded nine of his 20 points with less than three minutes left on the clock, and he was well supported by Nick Young, who added 22 points in his side's 11th win of the season.
