New York Jets looking to offload Darrelle Revis

Darrelle Revis's potential trade to Tampa Bay Buccaneers has hit a stalemate, according to reports.

The New York Jets are reportedly looking to trade Darrelle Revis before Saturday, but potential interest from Tampa Bay Buccaneers does not appear to strong.

Revis is due a £670,000 bonus if he is still on the Giants' roster on Saturday. However, a potential trade to Buccaneers has hit the rocks with the Florida outfit unwilling to give up their 2013 first-round draft pick, according to Yahoo! Sport.

"One million is a pittance in the big picture when you're talking about a player of Revis's stature and the compensation he could bring," ESPN quotes an NFL source as saying. "Don't be foolish with something like that."

Cornerback Regis played just two games last season due to a cruciate ligament injury.
