Richard Seymour says "no way" to New England Patriots return

Former New England Patriots defensive lineman Richard Seymour reveals that he is not considering a return to club despite a season-ending injury to Vince Wilfork.

Former New England Patriots defensive lineman Richard Seymour has said that there is "no way" he would return to the club.

The 33-year-old is a free agent after being released by the Oakland Raiders at the end of last season.

His name was touted with a return to Bill Belichick's side, after leaving the club in 2009 when he was traded to the Raiders for a first-round pick in the 2011 Draft, in light of a season-ending injury to Vince Wilfork.

However, he has quickly denied any idea of linking up with his old team, telling the Boston Herald, when asked if he would consider a return: "No way."

The Patriots are 4-0 in their season after week four.
