Kate Hansen reveals Beyonce inspired warm-up routine

American luger Kate Hansen demonstrated her unique Beyonce-inspired pre-race ritual in a video taken at the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi on Tuesday.

Hansen dances to a "strictly Beyonce" playlist, which eventually inspired her to a 10th-placed finish.

The star reposted the story on her official Facebook page and wrote: "Go Kate!"

Hansen told NBC that the playlist "gets me fierce and I get stoked".
