David Murdoch: "It's do-or-die time"

Great Britain men's curling skip David Murdoch admits that it is "do-or-die time" for his side in their clash with China later today.

Great Britain men's curling skip David Murdoch has admitted that it is "do-or-die time" for his side in their clash with China.

Team GB lost their match against Norway on Sunday 7-6, meaning that they have to beat China to progress to the next round of the competition at the 2014 Sochi Games.

"For us the match against China is like a final. If we win, we're in, if we lose, we are out. It's do-or-die time," Murdoch told reporters.

"These guys are technically excellent but if we play our 'A' game we can certainly beat them."

Murdoch's side face China later today.
