Brooklee Han disappointed with fall

Australian figure skater Brooklee Han says that she is "disappointed" with her fall in the women's free skating final on Thursday.

Australian figure skater Brooklee Han has said that she was "disappointed" with her fall in the women's free skating final at the Winter Olympic Games on Thursday.

The 18-year-old attempted a triple lutz early into her routine but lost her balance and fell to the ice.

She told reporters: "I felt pretty confident going out on the ice. I'm disappointed with the fall on it.

"I think I was a little off balance. I wasn't able to hold on to it.

"Representing Australia at the Olympics is something I've wanted to do since I was very little and when I first started skating. Finally being able to actualise that dream and come here and skate was just incredible."

Han eventually finished 20th on her Olympic debut.
