Laura Robson beaten in Charleston

Laura Robson has been beaten by Eugenie Bouchard in the second round of the Family Circle Cup in Charleston, South Carolina.

The British number two lost the opening set 4-6 before she fought back to take the second 6-3.

However, Canadian Bouchard was firmly on top in the third and saw off the 19-year-old 6-1.

Robson will return to action at the BNP Paribas Katowice Open in Poland, which starts on Monday.
