Serena Williams wins seventh Miami Masters title

Serena Williams has defeated Li Na in straight sets to win the Miami Masters.

In a battle between the top two players in the world, Williams came out on top 7-5 6-1 to continue her domination.

The American fell 5-2 behind in the first set, but she managed to clinched five straight games to eventually take it 7-5 in a time of one hour and 14 minutes.

Williams, who picked up her seventh Miami Masters title with the victory, found the second set less of a struggle, using her experience to claim it 6-1 in less than 50 minutes.
