Murray brothers through in Japan

Andy Murray and Jamie Murray have progressed to the second round of the Japan Open doubles with a win over Eric Butorac and Jarkko Nieminen.

The Scottish duo's participation in the competition looked to be coming to an end at the first hurdle after they lost the first set 7-5.

However, they bounced back to take the second set 6-3 before surging to a 10-4 win in the champions tie-break.

Andy Murray has already progressed to the quarter-finals of the singles competition, where he will play Switzerland's Stanislas Wawrinka.
