Grigor Dimitrov hails "amazing" Queen's win

World number 13 Grigor Dimitrov admits that it was "amazing" to win the Aegon Championships at Queen's.

Grigor Dimitrov has said that it was "amazing" to win the Aegon Championships at Queen's earlier today.

The Bulgarian beat Spain's Feliciano Lopez in the final in three sets, with each set going to a tie-break.

Speaking during the trophy presentation, the 23-year-old said: "It was amazing. It's been amazing coming here every year and playing that tournament means a lot to me.

"I'm really happy to go through that match in such a way. There's some good matches ahead to Wimbledon and I'm excited for the time ahead."

Dimitrov is the only player on the ATP tour to have won a tournament on all three playing surfaces in 2014, having won the Mexican Open and BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy earlier in the season.
