Marion Bartoli 'considering professional tennis comeback'

Former Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli has hinted that she is considering a return to professional tennis.

The 30-year-old Frenchwoman announced her retirement less than six weeks after winning Wimbledon in the summer of 2013 because of persistent injury problems.

A year later she insisted that she had no regrets over calling it a day, but now it seems she may want to rejoin the Tour.

"Coming back or not coming back to #tennis? What do you think?Should I?" she tweeted last night.

Since retiring, Bartoli has worked as a pundit for the media and also tried her hand at fashion design.
