Dominika Cibulkova through at French Open

Dominika Cibulkova is through to the second round of the French Open thanks to a 7-5 6-0 win over France's Virginie Razzano.

Dominika Cibulkova has reached the second round of the French Open thanks to a straight-sets win over France's Virginie Razzano.

Both players exchanged four breaks between them during a tight opening set before ninth seed Cibulkova broke again to take it 7-5.

However, it was a more straightforward affair for the Slovakian in the second as she eased to a 6-0 triumph.

Waiting for Cibulkova in round two at Roland Garros will be either Austria's Tamira Paszek or Belgian Alison Van Uytvanck.
