Nicolas Almagro eases to victory over Andreas Seppi

Nicolas Almagro comfortably beats Andreas Seppi 7-6 6-0 6-4 to book his spot in the fourth round of the French Open.

Nicolas Almagro has secured a place in the fourth round of the French Open following a straight-sets victory over Andreas Seppi.

The Spaniard looked to have a tough contest ahead of him after the first set, which ended when Almagro won a tie-break 7-1 over his Italian opponent.

However, Almagro's superiority was clear in the second set as he put together some stunning combinations on his way to a 6-0 triumph.

Seppi ensured that the third set would be a much tougher challenge for his rival, but his improvement failed to halt Almagro's charge as the 11th seed took the set 6-4 to secure the win.
