Laura Robson aims to return from 15-month layoff at French Open

Laura Robson hopes to return to action for the first time in 15 months in May's French Open.

Former British number one Laura Robson has targeted May's French Open as her first tournament in 15 months.

The 21-year-old has been forced to spend a lengthy time out of the game following wrist surgery that she underwent one year ago.

However, the Brit could make her comeback at Roland Garros after she used her protected ranking to gain direct entry to the Grand Slam.

Robson's fellow Brits Andy Murray, Heather Watson and Aljaz Bedene have also been placed on the entry list.
