Andy Murray eases through in Cincinnati

Andy Murray reaches round three of the Cincinnati Open with a 6-2 6-3 win over Russian Mikhail Youzhny.

Andy Murray has eased into the third round of the Cincinnati Open with a straight-sets win over Russian Mikhail Youzhny.

The world number two was back in action for the first time since last week's surprise defeat to Ernests Gulbis at the Rogers Cup in Montreal.

Murray, who is bidding for a third title at the tournament, wasted little time in taking the opening set 6-2 before sealing the victory 6-3.

The Brit's next opponent will be French world number 36 Julien Benneteau.
