Federer brushes aside Blake in Ohio

Roger Federer brushed aside James Blake in straight sets to reach the quarter-finals of the Cincinnati Masters.

The Swiss punished the American for making a number of unforced errors by taking the first set 6-4.

The world number three showed no signs of letting up as he produced a series of winners to claim the second set 6-1.

Federer will play world number nine Tomas Berdych in the last eight.
