Seventh seed Tomas Berdych convincingly dealt with third seed and 2009 champion Rafael Nadal in the quarter-finals of the Australian Open on Tuesday.

The Czech, who has still not lost a set in the tournament following his 6-2 6-0 7-6(5) success, next faces Andy Murray in the last four after his straight-sets win over Nick Kyrgios.
