Victoria Azarenka brushes aside Heather Watson

Britain's Heather Watson has been knocked out of the Australian Open in the first round after a straight-sets defeat to number three seed Victoria Azarenka.

Despite displaying some powerful strokes, Watson was brushed aside 6-1 in the opening set.

The Belarusian proved even stronger in the second as she took it 6-0.

Azarenka's previous best at the tournament was a quarter-final appearance in 2010.
