England's Jenny Duncalf: 'We had to alter our approach'

Team England squash player Jenny Duncalf reveals that she and partner Laura Massaro had to alter their approach in their semi-final victory over Alison Waters and Emma Beddoes.

Team England squash player Jenny Duncalf has admitted that she and teammate Laura Massaro had to alter their tactics for their all-England semi-final against Alison Waters and Emma Beddoes.

Duncalf and Massaro beat their teammates in straight sets to secure a place in the gold-medal match, but Duncalf admitted that their task was difficult due to the familiarity between the players.

She told reporters: "It's always difficult to play your teammates but in a way we knew what to expect.

"We have practised with them all summer so we ended up changing our tactics today because we have not been doing very well against them in practice and we wanted to take them by surprise."

Duncalf and Massaro play in their gold-medal match on Saturday.
