Henson: 'Saracens move was a mistake'

Gavin Henson has admitted that his transfer from Ospreys to Saracens in 2010 was a mistake.

The Welshman joined Sarries after an 18-month break from the game, but he quickly joined Toulon in 2011 after the move didn't work out.

"I think it probably wasn't a good decision going to Saracens," Henson told Blokely magazine.

"I don't want to be a part-time player so I didn't like the feel of it there and then suddenly I had an opportunity to go to Toulon."

Henson, 29, was recently selected for the Wales World Cup squad.
