Tom Youngs praises "family" atmosphere at Leicester Tigers

England international Tom Youngs believes that the "family" atmosphere at Leicester Tigers has helped the success of him and older brother Ben Youngs.

The pair were both part of the England side that beat New Zealand at the weekend and Youngs has heaped praise on the brothers' club side.

"It's a family orientated rugby club you know. [Coach Richard] Cockerill wants family members here. You got the Deacon brothers, they work tirelessly hard for each other," Tom Youngs told Sky Sports News.

Tom and Ben's father, Nick Youngs, also represented Leicester Tigers.
