Lewis Moody calms injury fears ahead of World Cup

Moody calms injury fears

Lewis Moody has played down fears he could miss the World Cup after injuring his knee in a warm-up match against Wales.

The Bath flanker was taken off during England's 23-19 victory at Twickenham.

"I did tweak the knee, coming off was precautionary, but we'll see how it is in two days," he said.

England play a return match in Cardiff on Saturday before a final warm-up match against Ireland on August 27.
