Martin Johnson wary to discuss England future

Johnson refuses to be drawn on England future

Coach Martin Johnson has refused to discuss his future after England's World Cup quarter-final defeat to France.

The former England captain's management style has come under scrutiny in New Zealand after a number of incidents involving players and staff.

"I'm not getting into that conversation now," Johnson told reporters. "It's not the right place, the right people or the right time.

"I'll give it a couple of days, assess myself and how we've been."

Johnson's contract with the RFU ends in December.
