Strong first half sees England beat Argentina

England have seen off the challenge of Argentina in the first of two Tests, recording a comfortable 32-3 win.

It took just eight minutes for the first score, England's pack forcing a penalty from a try with Freddie Burns kicking the penalty.

He added another five minutes later, but missed the conversion on 17 minutes when David Strettle finished off a fine team move to score a try.

On 25 minutes it was Billy Twelvetrees's turn to go over the line in what was another fine passing move and this time Burns converted to put England 18-0 up.

With eight minutes of the half left there was another try for the English, Ben Morgan being fed brilliantly by Christian Wade, and Burns notched the extras.

Bustos Moyano kicked a penalty right at the end of the half to pull three back for the Argentinians.

In the second half it was a much less frenetic pace and it took until the dying moments of the game for the next score, Billy Vunipola with the try as England ran out 32-3 winners.
