England take a comfortable 40-12 win over the Barbarians at Twickenham.

England have taken a comfortable win against the Barbarians at Twickenham this afternoon.

Freddie Burns got the home side off to a quick start, scoring a try in the opening minute, before adding a series of penalties throughout the first half, giving England a 16-0 advantage at half time.

England found the gaps in the Barbarian defence during the second half, as Marland Yarde, Kyle Eastmond, Christian Wade and Billy Twelvetrees all found the try line.

The Barbarians fought back late on with tries from Schalk Brits and Elliot Daly, but it was not enough to overturn England's lead.
