David Pocock a doubt for Wallabies

Australia flanker David Pocock is a doubt for his team’s clash with Ireland tomorrow (Saturday) after missing training on Friday.

Pocock was sidelined during training with a back strain, but the Australian setup insist that this was just a precautionary measure.

"We'll see how he pulls up in the morning with tightness in his back," a team spokesman said.

"We're not sure at this stage whether he will be okay, but we'll see how he is in the morning."

Pocock has won 18 caps for his country since replacing George Smith as first-choice openside.
