Australia have announced that their captain David Pocock suffered a serious knee injury in yesterday's defeat to New Zealand.
Scans have revealed that Pocock, 24, has sustained cartilage damage to his right knee and could be out of action for a number of months.
The prognosis is expected to be announced tomorrow.
