The Rugby Football League has announced that three players have been nominated for this year's Super League Man of Steel award.
Castleford stand-off Rangi Chase, St Helens hooker James Roby and Wigan full-back Sam Tomkins are the players in contention to scoop the honour.
Last year Wigan winger Pat Richards claimed the award.
The 2011 winner will be announced at a gala dinner next Monday evening.
