Hull Kingston Rovers sign Lincoln Withers

Hull Kingston Rovers have completed the signing of hooker Lincoln Withers on a two-year contract.

The 30-year-old Australian has joined Rovers after spells with the Canberra Raiders and Super League side Celtic Crusaders.

"I believe Lincoln still has plenty of great rugby ahead of him," said newly-appointed coach Craig Sandercock.

"His leadership and ability to make correct decisions under pressure are excellent traits he will bring."

As well as playing in the hooker position, Withers has also featured regularly at half-back.
