Huddersfield Giants beat London Broncos in feisty encounter

Huddersfield Giants beat London Broncos 26-12 in a match that saw three players sent to the sin bin.

Huddersfield Giants have registered a 26-12 win over London Broncos in the Super League.

Aaron Murphy edged the visitors ahead after just seven minutes with the only try of the first half.

A high tackle from Matt Cook just before half time resulted in a mass brawl involving players from both sides, with Cook, Kieran Dixon and Scott Grix all being sent to the sin bin.

Ukuma Ta'ai found the try line just a few minutes after the re-start to double Huddersfield's lead, but James Woodburn-Hall and Alex Hurst kept London in the game.

A 78th-minute score from Dale Ferguson secured the victory for the Giants, leaving them five points clear at the top of the table.
