London Broncos confirm administration plans

Super League club London Broncos confirm their plans to enter administration.

Super League club London Broncos have announced their plans to enter administration.

The Broncos, who are currently without a home stadium for next season, have been in financial difficulty for a number of months.

An official statement read: "London Broncos have today instructed lawyers to file a Notice of Intention to appoint Administrators over the club.

"This will allow 10 working days for the club to work with the RFL and other parties to resolve to secure the club's future and prevent any creditor from taking action against the club in this period."

The team's eight-year groundshare with rugby union side Harlequins at Twickenham Stoop came to an end in September.
