I found Betnero to be a solid, easy-to-use platform. I liked the simplified interface and less busy home screen than what I’m used to seeing elsewhere. However, some users might find it a bit bare-bones. There’s also no dedicated Betnero app, which might turn away some customers.
Customer support could be improved, though, with the addition of a live chat feature. The welcome offer is also a bit lower than what Betnero’s competitors offer.
