Andy Murray to get his own postage stamp

Andy Murray will get his own postage stamp, following his historic Wimbledon victory.

The Royal Mail have announced that they will commemorate his achievement with a set of four stamps.

Two will show him holding the trophy and two will be action shots from the final against Novak Djokovic.

The stamps will go on sale from August 8 and will cost £3.76.

This is not the first time Murray has appeared on a stamp. His gold medal win at the Olympics last year was also marked with a special stamp.
