Ex-footballer Jimmy Bullard enters the jungle for 'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here'

Light-hearted ex-footballer Jimmy Bullard is confirmed as one of the contestants on ITV reality show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!

Ex-footballer Jimmy Bullard has been confirmed as one of this year's contestants on the ITV reality show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!

The 36-year-old former Wigan Athletic, Fulham, Hull City and Ipswich Town midfielder is the second sportsman to be confirmed for the upcoming series after motorcyclist Carl Fogarty.

"I am a massive fan of the show. I'm doing nothing else. I'm retired. It was an easy decision," Bullard is quoted as saying by The Mirror after touching down in Australia for the show.

"I thought why not? I'm retired. I've done nothing for three years."

Famous for his comedic nature, Bullard made his name with some light-hearted moments both on and off the pitch which can be seen in the video below.

British diver Tom Daley is also expected to take part in the show and is the early favourite to be crowned king of the jungle.
