The West Ham United team take to the water to try rowing with Olympic silver medallist Mark Hunter for a team-building day.

The West Ham United squad tried their hands at rowing during a team-building day at Dorney Lake.

The team were invited to take to the water with Olympic rower Mark Hunter, who won a silver medal at the London 2012 Games last summer.

During their sessions, both Mark Noble and club captain Kevin Nolan ended up in the water when they were pushed by their teammates.

Hunter, who is a Hammers supporter, was previously invited to a training session with the team following his efforts at the Olympics.
