Foster donates designer clothes to charity shop

West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster caused a scramble at a local charity shop after donating a number of designer items that belonged to his wife Kate.

The England international gave more than 200 items, including clothes, shoes and children's toys, to the Women's Aid charity shop in Shirley, near Solihull, West Midlands.

Among the donations was a £700 pair of Christian Louboutin heels, which were sold for £50, as well as Chanel, Dior and Prada sunglasses.

According to the Daily Mail, around 30 customers queued for hours waiting for the shop to open on Monday morning.

A Stella McCartney sequin cardigan, which is worth £855, was also donated and sold for £70.
